Dr. Ing. Harald Schrimpf became a member of PSI AG's executive board in July 2002. Since 1995, the graduate electrical engineer has held different management positions at DaimlerChrylser and EADS, with responsibility for major IT projects. As of 2001 Dr. Schrimpf operated as Centre Director for software at Volkswagen subsidiaries gedas. His main role at PSI will be to reinforce and further expand their strong position both home and abroad.

Armin Stein, a holder of both a degres in business and in engineering, has been a member of the Board of Directors as Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2001. He has been the Head of Administration since 1989 and the Managing Director of AEG Softwaretechnik GmbH since 1995. As a member of the corporate group executive board from 1997 to 2000 Armin Stein came to the PSI Group by way of the acquisition of repas AEG Software GmbH.
