PSI delivers Warehouse Management System to CCC S.A.

PSIwms automates logistics processes at shoe retailer

Berlin, 27 March 2018 - PSI Polska Sp. Z o.o. was commissioned by the CCC Group with the implementation of the warehouse management system PSIwms in the logistics center.

In the future, PSIwms will automate the CCC logistics processes in the areas of goods receipt and release, order picking and delivery tracking in order to facilitate adjustments to ongoing business developments and to increase their efficiency and transparency.

PSIwms was already installed at the end of 2017 in a pilot project in a CCC warehouse. Following a successful pilot assignment, the Executive Board approved the roll-out in further warehouse locations.

"In line with our digitalization strategy, CCC is investing in IT systems that support our future growth, which is why we chose the PSI solution," said Mariusz Gnych, Vice President of CCC.

The main phase of the project should be completed by the end of 2018. In addition to the support modules for key warehouse processes and integration with the ERP system, it also includes the solutions used by courier services and the complex automated warehouse management system. Upon completion, the system will be optimized and expanded with additional processes such as e-commerce.

The order of CCC is another important milestone for PSI. At the end of 2017, the Empik Group and the Fiege Group commissioned PSI to implement PSIwms.
