Profahr: OPD Introduction

• Instruction in the essential programme functions for scheduling, such as the assignment of shifts, the allocation of attendances/absences or days off, the shift start control or the editing of shift contents. The options for managing shifts in the master data, in operational scheduling and as non-scheduled shifts are presented
   
• Overview of the management of essential master data and the existing configuration options
   
• The basic principles of payroll accounting and the administration of employee-related time accounts are presented. An overview of the options for creating analyses and statistics is provided

The seminar is recommended for new users and users of Profahr.}

The seminars take place at our premises in Potsdam or in seminar rooms in the immediate vicinity. The necessary hardware is provided, with a maximum of 2 participants working on one workstation with the latest programme version. Neutral database installations are available. On request, the exercises can be carried out on the user's test databases. Seminar documents will be provided by PSI Transcom.
 

Participation
The number of participants in a seminar is subject to a maximum limit: primarily to ensure the training effect and the possibility of dealing with company-specific conditions. If the maximum limit is exceeded, we will offer alternative dates or alternative solutions. If there are too few registrations, we will also refer you to other dates on the same topic.
 

Prices
The prices quoted are for one participant per seminar plus VAT. The price includes refreshments, snacks during breaks and lunch if required. The price does not include the cost of any overnight accommodation that may be required. Hotel accommodation can be arranged.
