TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT

The Organizers of the Event are:

  1. PSI Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (61-896), at ul. Towarowa 37, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000216571, represented by Arkadiusz Niemira - President of the Management Board, hereinafter referred to as "PSI".
  2. Miebach Consulting sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice, ul. Wrocławska 8, 44-100 Gliwice, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000322835, represented by Łukasz Jatta - President of the Management Board, hereinafter referred to as "Miebach".

 

PSI and Miebach are hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Organizers", and each separately as an "Organizer."

 

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for registration and participation in the event jointly organized by PSI Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań and Miebach Consulting sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice, under the name InterlogConnect MeetUp Romania ("the Event").
  2. The Event is of an industry-specific nature and includes a conference and networking part, as well as a study visit to the LPP Logistics warehouse in Romania.
  3. The Event will take place on April 29, 2026, at CTPark Bucharest West in Bolintin-Deal (Romania), with the detailed schedule or agenda to be provided to participants separately.
  4. The Terms and Conditions are made available to participants before registration via the relevant Registration Page.

 

§ 2. Registration

  1. Registration for the Event is conducted via a registration form made available by PSI or Miebach on a dedicated landing page ("Registration Page").
  2. The Organizers permit each Party to maintain separate Registration Pages.
  3. The Event has a limited number of places. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the available pool of places is exhausted.
  4. Submitting the form alone does not guarantee participation in the Event. Participation requires confirmation sent by email from the Organizer responsible for the relevant Registration Page.
  5. The participant is obliged to provide true, complete, and current data.
  6. The Organizers reserve the right to close registration before the scheduled date if the number of places is exhausted.

 

§ 3. Conditions for Participation in the Event

  1. The conditions for participation in the Event are: (a) correctly filling out the registration form, (b) accepting these Terms and Conditions, (c) reading the information clause provided on the Registration Page, and (d) checking the required declarations indicated in the registration form.
  2. Registration for and participation in the Event are based on the rules described in the registration form, checkboxes, information clause, and these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Failure to meet the conditions referred to in section 1 prevents effective registration and participation in the Event.
  4. The Organizers may refuse to confirm participation if justified by the nature of the Event, security requirements, a limited number of places, or the need to maintain the industry-specific profile of the participants.

 

§ 4. Rules of Participation

  1. The participant undertakes to use the Event in accordance with its purpose, the law, safety rules, and good practices.
  2. During the visit to the LPP Logistics warehouse, photography and recording are strictly prohibited, in accordance with the requirements of the entity providing the facility.
  3. The participant is obliged to follow the organizational instructions of the Organizers and the safety and order rules in force at the facilities where the Event takes place, including the rules applicable at the LPP Logistics warehouse.
  4. The Organizers may deny a participant entry to the Event area or ask them to leave the Event in case of a breach of the Terms and Conditions, safety rules, organizational instructions, or regulations in force at the facility.
  5. The Organizers may take photos or video recordings of the conference and networking part of the Event only in accordance with applicable laws and the principles described on the Registration Page and in the information clause.
  6. Training materials, presentations, and other content provided to participants during the Event may be used for the participant's personal use only, unless the Organizer gives separate consent for their further use.

 

§ 5. Personal Data

  1. The controller of the participant's personal data provided in the registration form is the Organizer who manages the given Registration Page and decides on the purposes and means of data processing in connection with registration for the Event.
  2. Participants' personal data are processed in particular for the purpose of registration and organization of the Event, organizational contact, confirmation of participation, servicing participation, and fulfilling obligations related to holding the Event.
  3. The participant's data may be transferred to the other Organizer to the extent necessary for the co-organization of the Event and servicing of participants.
  4. An Organizer who receives a participant's data from the other Organizer becomes a separate data controller for the processing it carries out after receiving them.
  5. Detailed information on the principles of personal data processing, including the purposes, legal bases, data recipients, storage period, and the participant's rights, is specified in the information clause made available on the relevant Registration Page.

 

§ 6. Withdrawal

  1. A participant may withdraw from participation in the Event before it begins by contacting the Registration Page.
  2. The withdrawal should be sent to the email address indicated on the relevant Registration Page.
  3. Withdrawing from participation in the Event does not affect the lawfulness of the prior processing of personal data carried out before the withdrawal was submitted.


§ 7. Organizational Changes and Cancellation of the Event

  1. The Organizers reserve the right to change the date, location, program, or formula of the Event for important organizational, technical, security, or other reasons beyond their control.
  2. Participants will be informed of significant changes concerning the Event using the contact details provided in the registration form.
  3. Information about the cancellation of the Event or a significant change in its conditions may also be communicated to participants by publishing an announcement on the relevant Registration Page.
  4. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the Event for important reasons.

 

§ 8. Contact and Complaints

  1. Any organizational questions regarding the Event may be directed to the email address indicated on the relevant Registration Page.
  2. Complaints regarding the registration process or the organization of the Event may be submitted electronically to the address: marketing@psi.pl.
  3. A complaint should include data allowing for the identification of the participant and a brief description of the objections raised.
  4. The Organizers will consider the complaint within 14 working days from the date of its receipt, unless the nature of the matter justifies a longer period.

 

§ 9. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  2. These Terms and Conditions come into force on the day of their publication on the Registration Page and remain in effect until all organizational activities related to the Event are completed.
  3. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available on the relevant Registration Page.

 

 

 

INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR THE REGISTRATION FORM
Event co-organized by PSI Polska sp. z o.o. and Miebach Consulting sp. z o.o.

 

We process your personal data in accordance with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data provided in the registration form is PSI Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (61-896), at ul. Towarowa 37, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000216571 ("Controller").

2. Contact Details

In all matters concerning the processing of personal data, you can contact the Controller at the address of its registered office indicated in point 1.

The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom you can contact via email: iod@psi.pl

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

Your personal data is processed:

(a) for the purpose of registering your participation in the Event, organizational contact, confirming your application, providing information about the Event, and servicing your participation (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

(b) for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Event, including ensuring efficient organizational and logistical support, which is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

(c) for the purpose of transferring your personal data to the other co-organizer, i.e., Miebach Consulting sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice, at ul. Wrocławska 8, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000322835 ("Miebach") - for the purpose of co-organizing the Event and servicing participants, which is the legitimate interest of the Controller and Miebach (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

(d) for the purpose of the Controller conducting further business and marketing communication after the Event - based on your separate consent given in the registration form (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

(e) for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims, which is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

(f) for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from legal provisions (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

4. Scope of Data

We process the data you provide in the form, in particular: first name, last name, company / organization, job title, e-mail address, telephone number, and other data voluntarily provided in the form, if the Registration Page provides for their submission.

5. Data Recipients

The recipients of your data may be:

(a) entities providing technical, hosting, IT, mailing, organizational, or event-related services to the Controller;

(b) Miebach Consulting sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice, at ul. Wrocławska 8, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000322835 - to the extent necessary for the co-organization of the Event and servicing of participants;

(c) entities authorized to receive data under legal provisions – in cases where the obligation to disclose them arises from applicable regulations.

6. Data Retention Period

The data will be stored:

(a) for the period necessary for the registration, organization, conduct, and settlement of the Event;

(b) for the limitation period of any potential claims and for the time required by applicable law;

(c) for data used for further business and marketing communication by the Controller - until consent is withdrawn or until the end of the retention period adopted by the Controller.

7. Voluntariness of Data Provision

Providing data is voluntary, however, failure to do so makes it impossible to register for the Event.

Giving consent to the Controller for further business and marketing communication is voluntary and is not a condition for registration or participation in the Event.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

You also have the right to object to the processing of data based on a legitimate interest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Automated Decision-Making

Your data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
