Quality, information security, as well as the responsible and sustainable use of resources are central components of our business operations. To ensure these standards are maintained long-term, PSI operates integrated management systems based on internationally recognized standards. Compliance to these standards is regularly audited by independent certification bodies. Thus, process transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement are ensured.

ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management

PSI’s quality management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. This globally recognized standard forms the basis for structured and efficient business processes and ensures that services are consistently aligned with customer requirements. In addition, the continuous development of processes guarantees high reliability of PSI products, services, and project workflows.

ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management

Sustainability and responsible environmental stewardship are integral components of the corporate strategy. The environmental management system at PSI’s company-owned site in Aschaffenburg, Boschweg, is certified to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015. It supports the systematic identification of environmental aspects, the reduction of environmental impacts, and the continuous improvement of environmental performance. At the same time, it promotes responsible use of resources and therefore active environmental protection.

ISO 50001:2018 – Energy Management

The energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001:2018 enables PSI to pursue the goal of using energy efficiently and continuously optimizing the Group’s energy consumption. The norm helps to provide transparency of energy flows, identify potential savings, and implement appropriate measures to improve energy efficiency. This enables PSI to contribute significantly to the sustainable use of energy and the reduction of emissions.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – Information Security Management

The protection of information and data, as well as the continuous reduction of information security risks, is a top priority for PSI. Based on the information security management system (ISMS) at PSI, the policy framework integrates all requirements of the standards and norms that have a significant impact on the company. The ISMS is also certified according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Appropriate organizational and technical measures ensure that information is treated confidentially, its integrity is maintained, and systems are available at all times.

SGA-System – Assessment by the VBG

PSI’s Occupational Health and Safety (German: System für Sicherheit und Gesundheit bei der Arbeit - SGA-System) has been assessed by the German Verwaltungs-Berufsgenossenschaft VBG (Administrative Professional Association).

The issued certificate confirms that the management system is operated in accordance with DIN EN ISO 45001:2023 and meets the requirements for systematic management of occupational safety and health.

The SGA system supports PSI in identifying occupational risks at an early stage, defining appropriate protective measures, and ensuring safe working conditions for employees. At the same time, PSI promotes continuous awareness of occupational safety and health protection in all areas of the company.
