Power Grids and Sector Coupling CIRED 2025 – 28th Conference and Exhibition on Electricity Distribution
PSI will be presenting innovative solutions and best practices at this important conference.
Experts from the energy industry, science and technology are facing a variety of challenges. This is reflected in the selection of topics in this year's program. It includes The Opening Forum, lectures, Technical & Round Table Sessions and Guided Tours.
PSI will present itself in the exhibition hall at booth A1 with the following topics:
Learn more about PSIprins on site
This solution is a comprehensive grid control system that helps operations managers in grid control technology to increase security of supply, efficiently control operating processes and manage all relevant grid information centrally and clearly. It supports both operational tasks (such as fault management and switching requests) and strategic decisions with powerful analysis and reporting functions.
Quantum-encrypted communication
In cooperation with ID Quantique, PSI offers the option of quantum-encrypted communication. The use is not limited to communication between two PSIcontrol control systems or locations, but can also be rolled out to OT-World and any external connection. A demonstrator will show encrypted communication live at the exhibition stand.
Network simulation and planning
PSI Neplan presents the NEPLAN V10 (on-premise) / NEPLAN 360 (cloud) software solutions for grid simulation and planning. These offer modules for a wide range of applications such as strategic network development, determining the absorption capacity for loads and generation plants, assessing connection requests including the selection oft the optimal connection point, and much more.
Modular solution for your energy supply network
PSIcontrol is an ideal control system for monitoring, controlling and simulating energy supply networks. It supports various network types such as high, medium and low voltage as well as pipe networks for gas and water in one system. Find out on site about the decentralized architecture, mapping of a common control system, modularity, resilient system architecture and the associated benefits such as increased operational stability and cost-optimized operation.
AI for electricity and industrial grids
In addition, it will be shown how AI supports the control and monitoring of electricity and industrial grids as well as maintenance and servicing. A virtual reality showcase will demonstrate how adaptive and interoperable modules in the energy control system can be used to efficiently and holistically display the processes for managing the grid infrastructure.
