How to become Professional level certified
Step 1: Participant Screening
We support you in selecting the right candidates for certification! If necessary, we interview candidates and make recommendations based on their qualifications.
Step 2: PSImetals Overview Webinar
After the initial screening, all accepted participants will begin with a 1-day webinar providing a comprehensive introduction to Process Industries and Metals. This overview session will not only cover Process Industries and Metals but also highlight the various modules and components of PSImetals.
Step 3: Associate Level
In the next step, after selecting a learning path, participants attend two Associate level courses and receive their first certificate after passing the corresponding exams.
Step 4: Professional Level
With the Associate certificate in hand, the participant becomes eligible to attend the Professional level. This level combines on-the-job experience, such as working on a PSImetals project team, with practical on-site training.
In this step, the participant must complete a hybrid program:
- Collaboration on a PSI project for a minimum of 6 months
- 1 Professional course (incl. exam), if participants select Application Consult learning path
or 2 framework courses if participants select Solution Engineer learning path.
