Veronica Ugwu read English Studies at University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. In 2018, she began her post graduate studies at the University of Saarland where she studies English Linguistics and graduated with first class. In 2020, she took additional post graduate studies at the London School of Journalism. Veronica began working at PSI Software – Process Industries & Metals in 2022 as Content Marketing Manager, where she is responsible for PR, social media, general customer stories. Starting this year, she took on more tasks, focusing on content management at the central function of PSI Software.

Dr. Alessandro Stenico

Product Manager, PSI Software

Alessandro Stenico holds a degree in Materials Engineering and brings nearly two decades of experience in research and development, flat steel quality optimization, and production technology. Since joining PSI in 2020, he has drawn upon his international background across various roles to cultivate a strong understanding of customer requirements in the domain of Quality Management and so to contribute to the ongoing development of PSImetals software. Outside of work, he enjoys discovering new restaurants, attending concerts, and exploring cultural outings.

Alessandra Passos

Business Consultant, PSI Metals Latin America

Alessandra Passos graduated in Electrical Engineering at Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), Brazil, including a one-year exchange program in Computer Engineering at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC), France. She has professional experience in the energy sector and, since 2022, has been working at PSI as a Consultant, focusing on software development for production and quality in the steelmaking industry, contributing to projects in process optimization and quality analysis.

Angel Carrano

Project Manager, PSI Metals North America

Angel has over 25 years of experience on the Information and Technology Systems field. Starting in 2002, Angel has overseen the deployment of Quality solutions for steel mills in Mexico, Argentina and Italy. Since joining PSI Metals North America in 2022, Angel has also led the implementation of PSI Metals solutions for several customers in the United States. Angel holds a Master of Science in Information Technology title from Carnegie Mellon University and an Engineer in Computer Systems title from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
