The Logistics business unit, in particular, places a strong emphasis on technological innovation. It is playing a pioneering role in the group-wide AI initiative, which will gradually provide PSI Software SE customers with new AI features. Since 2018, the unit has optimized selected logistics processes using machine learning algorithms. The resulting solution, PSIwms AI, has achieved outstanding results for customers and won the Best Product Award at LogiMAT 2025.
