Berlin, August 6, 2025 – Edu-Książka sp. z o.o. has successfully implemented PSI's Warehouse Management System PSIwms at its logistics center in Lublin, Poland. The new solution supports omnichannel logistics and integrates warehouse automation, ERP as well as courier services.

Edu-Książka sp. z o.o.

Edu-Książka is one of the largest distributors of schoolbooks for education and training in Poland. The company represents major publishing houses, supplies wholesale and retail customers in Central and Eastern Europe, and operates a network of its own bookstores and one online store. In order to improve order processing in the e-commerce channel, with around 80 percent of the shipping volume, the management decided to replace the IT systems.

As part of this, the new Warehouse Management System PSIwms was implemented and integrated into the existing ERP system. The modernization included almost all logistics processes without interrupting warehouse operations. For this purpose, a series of tests were carried out together with PSI in a real simulation. This involved exporting real orders from the previous system and testing them in the new environment.

The simulation capabilities in PSIwms allowed us to test the implementation results in advance based on real data. This convinced us that PSI is the right partner for us to confidently roll out the new system.
