Innovative software solutions are always driven by the people who develop and advance them. With our video series “Inside PSI,” we regularly take a behind-the-scenes look at our company and showcase what sets our corporate culture apart in an international market environment. In mid-September, our social media team visited our Polish headquarters in Poznań to produce fresh content for our digital channels.
Diverse perspectives, one shared mission
A full day of filming brought a host of exciting encounters, with colleagues from a wide range of departments sharing personal insights into their projects and day-to-day work. What made this filming day special was the successful blend of different perspectives:
- Experience & Continuity: Team members who have helped build the Poznań location since it first opened and have witnessed firsthand the dynamic growth of our software hub
- Fresh Perspectives: Colleagues who have joined the team in recent years, bringing new ideas and contributing to modern ways of working
These open exchanges paint a vivid picture of how collaboration, innovation, and technical expertise are put into practice at PSI every day.
Coming this fall
The new episodes will launch on our digital platforms in the coming weeks. Look forward to inspiring stories, personal anecdotes, and authentic insights into the people behind PSI.
