Berlin, March 3, 2026 – PSI Polska Sp.z.o.o has completed the implementation of the Warehouse Management System PSIwms in LPP Logistics' new e-commerce logistics center near Bucharest, Romania. With an area of 65,000 square meters, the site is one of the most highly automated logistics centers for e-commerce in Southeast Europe, strengthening the LPP Group's logistical position in the CEE markets.

LPP CTPark Bucharest West

An integrated infrastructure with close to 1,100 robots, sorters and conveyor belts enables the processing of more than 80,000 orders per day. The site can store up to 7.5 million garments and accessories, mainly in an automated high-bay warehouse with 630,000 storage locations.

The PSIwms system is responsible for the efficient management of operations and robotics at the new LPP Logistics facility. It has been integrated with an advanced automation environment, including high-bay warehouse robots, autonomous sorting robots, and conveyor lines with a total length of nearly one kilometer. The system is complemented by an outbound sorter capable of handling up to 14,000 parcels per hour.

The implementation, including configuration and integration of PSIwms, was completed in less than 3.5 months.  This enabled the logistics center to go into operation at the end of October 2025, one month earlier than planned. It handles online orders from Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Greece, and Hungary. This shortens delivery times to key regional markets and improves the cost efficiency of the entire logistics chain.

“In response to the dynamic expansion of LPP Group in Southern Europe, the launch of a new fulfillment center in Romania has become one of the key elements in the development of our logistics infrastructure. Delivering this investment in such a short time, while maintaining a high level of technological advancement at the facility, sets new standards for warehouses dedicated to e-commerce. Thanks to the rapid implementation of the PSIwms system, we can fully leverage the potential of automation, ensuring high operational capacity and improved cost efficiency. This is the best path toward consistently enhancing operational performance and the quality of customer service,” says Sebastian Sołtys, CEO of LPP Logistics.
