Latest white paper presents new SaaS solution for retail, e-commerce, and 3PL
Berlin, March 5, 2026 – With PSIwms GO Retail, PSI Software SE has developed a standardized SaaS solution. The cloud-based and ready-to-use standard edition of the PSIwms Warehouse Management System enables optimized warehouse processes without developing complex custom projects. In a new white paper, PSI presents all the processes included and highlights a use case for a logistics service provider.
PSIwms GO Retail was developed specifically for the logistics requirements of retail and e-commerce enterprises. The solution is based on a fully standardized SaaS architecture that is ready for productive use without the need for a dedicated IT infrastructure or lengthy project phases. Users benefit from 26 preconfigured logistics processes which cover all essential functions from goods receipt, storage, picking, shipping, and returns. In addition, the AI module Batch AI for optimizing picking strategies, which won the Best Product Award at LogiMAT 2025, is integrated as standard.
Furthermore, PSIwms GO Retail offers the option of flexible expansion to the PSIwms FLEX edition for advanced configuration and PSIwms PRO for highly complex, automated environments. The tiered edition logic of PSIwms is particularly targeted at contract logistics companies with a heterogeneous client structure. They can now better scale projects and assign clients in a structured manner according to complexity and effort.
The white paper “Software-as-a-Service, standardized & immediately productive” shows typical application scenarios and describes the optimization potential of PSIwms GO Retail using a practical example. It is now available for download free of charge.
Additionally, interested parties can learn more about the new solution at LogiMAT from March 24 to 26 in Stuttgart, PSI booth D41 in Hall 4. Please, find more informatione here.
