Industry & manufacturing Smart logistics for stable production processes

Digital control for material flow, replenishment, and supply.

Challenges

Production logistics do not start at the machine. Before manufacturing can begin, raw materials, components, semi-finished, and finished goods must be available on-site without delays. Well-orchestrated production logistics are essential - from forward-looking delivery planning and managing transport peaks to rapid access for urgent requirements. With PSIwms, you can monitor your material flows at all times, ensuring a smooth supply to your production lines and machines. This provides maximum transparency, fast response times, and predictable processes in material flow control.

  • Material planning

Well-planned material deliveries and coordinated transport processes ensure efficiency.

  • Flexibility

In the event of bottlenecks or the arrival of new goods, flexible processes and rapid responses are essential.

  • Transparency

Software creates transparency and security – for stable, efficient processes.

Warehouse Management System

PSIwms maps numerous industry-specific processes - from eKanban, forklift guidance systems, and multi-level replenishment to inventory tracking in manufacturing and external production. Functions such as event management, quality inspection, kitting, serial and batch management, and parts list handling are integrated. Dock, slot, and yard management, JIT/JIS, multi-order picking, and production supply can also be efficiently controlled.

Your advantages with PSIwms at a glance

  • Supply of raw materials to production lines based on information from ERP or MES systems
  • Automatic goods receipt for items arriving from production lines through MES system integration
  • Recording of all necessary inventory attributes for produced goods, including production date, line number, and shift number
  • Ensuring traceability of raw materials used in the manufacture of finished products
  • Handling a wide range of goods, with storage in various types of racks (pallets, plates, floor storage, block storage, cantilever racks, small compartments) as single or mixed items
