Efficient use of resources and faster respond to production changes
Berlin, December 11, 2025 – Metaltech Sp. z o.o. is implementing the PSIpenta/MES Scheduling system to enhance the planning and execution of its production processes. The new solution from PSI will enable the company to utilize its resources more efficiently, respond faster to production changes, and maintain the highest quality of its manufactured products.
Metaltech Sp. z o.o. is a Polish, family-owned company operating internationally in the metal industry. It specializes in metal machining, welding of steel structures, and corrosion protection, including hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating. The Group operates five plants in central Poland in Ciechanów, Czosnów, and Płońsk.
The company was looking for a comprehensive solution to create optimal work schedules, both for machines and production teams and to continuously monitor order execution based on a dynamically updated plan. PSIpenta/MES Scheduling supports the identification of bottlenecks, shortens production lead times, and increases overall efficiency. Through clear visualization and real-time monitoring, the system also provides better insight into production progress – both for planners and management.
“The growing scale of production, product diversity, and process complexity meant that our existing ERP system was no longer sufficient to support production management. After analyzing available solutions, we chose PSIpenta/MES Scheduling due to its unique combination of APS and MES functionalities and the expertise of the PSI Polska team,” says Paweł Piasecki, Vice President at Metaltech.
