Berlin, May 3, 2022 - PSI FLS Fuzzy Logik & Neuro Systeme GmbH took over the complete operations of PSI Mines&Roads GmbH in Aschaffenburg at the beginning of the year in the form of an asset deal. By merging the business activities, the expertise and innovative strength of both PSI subsidiaries will be bundled and strengthened.

The acquisition will expand the existing range of services in multi-criteria decision support and optimization as well as artificial intelligence (AI) in numerous business processes and application fields to include expertise in the areas of optimized production and traffic flows.

In addition to production execution (Manufacturing Execution System - MES), the merger also includes SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) control technology for monitoring, controlling and data acquisition of production processes. With the market-leading production sequence optimization (Advanced Line Sequencing and Scheduling - ALS), customers in the automotive sector will be able to profit in the best possible way in large-scale production and in other industrial sectors in the future.
