Berlin, May 21, 2025 – PSI will present innovative software solutions and best practices for distribution grid operators at the 28th CIRED 2025 (Conference and Exhibition on Electricity Distribution) from June 16 to 19 in Geneva, Switzerland. The focus will be on modular grid control systems, quantum-encrypted communication, grid simulation and planning, as well as AI-based solutions for power and industrial grids.

The comprehensive PSIprins grid control system will be on show at stand A1 in the exhibition hall. This system supports operations management in increasing supply reliability, efficiently controlling operational processes, and managing all relevant grid information centrally and clearly.
PSI will also highlight its innovative PSIcontrol control system for monitoring, controlling, and simulating power supply grids. A demonstrator will display live quantum-encrypted communication between two PSIcontrol control systems or locations.
In addition, the PSIneplan V10 (on-premise) and PSIneplan 360 (cloud) software solutions for power grid simulation and planning will be shown, which offer a wide range of modules.
Furthermore, it will be demonstrated how Artificial Intelligence (AI) supports the control and monitoring of power and industrial grids as well as maintenance and repair. A virtual reality showcase will demonstrate how adaptive and interoperable modules in the energy management system enable the processes for managing the grid infrastructure to be visualized efficiently and holistically.
