Optimizing intralogistics processes with artificial intelligence
Berlin, February 4, 2025 – PSI will show at LogiMAT in Stuttgart (booth D41, hall 4) from March 11 to 13, 2025, how intelligent software solutions comprehensively improve logistics processes. Focus will be on the first AI-based platform, PSIwms AI, which is directly connected to the Warehouse Management System and optimizes PSIwms-supported warehouse processes.
In a showcase, visitors will have the opportunity to test PSIwms AI live. After entering data regarding their own warehouse environment, the solution will show AI-generated picking lists, routes and the potential time savings from using the solution. The platform uses a digital twin to automatically analyze and optimize logistics processes in real time. The AI models and warehouse processes are visualized in detail, using 3D views and heat maps, for example.
In addition, the application possibilities of PSIwms AI will be presented in detail in the presentation “PSIwms AI at LPP: Delivering the Path to Customer Success” on March 11, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. in the “Forum Süd” in hall 4.
Furthermore, PSI will be providing information about the PSIglobal software for optimizing global procurement and distribution networks, which enables a precise analysis of storage and transport costs. In addition, the transport management system PSItms will be demonstrated, which supports the entire organization of transportation, can reduce costs and improve transparency along the logistics chain.
To round off the exhibition portfolio, PSI will be presenting its integrated software solution PSIpenta/ERP&MES, which supports industry-specific processes and is tailored to the requirements of the supply industry.
