Berlin, May 8, 2026 – Together with its consortium partners, PSI Software SE has completed the BEAUTIFUL research project (Load-Optimized Work Design for Critical Infrastructure Network Control Centers – Cognitive Ergonomics, Assistance Systems, and Control Room Simulators).

The publication of the audited 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements of PSI Software SE, which was most recently scheduled for late April 2026, will be postponed until May 2026.

PSI Software SE has won the Factory Innovation Award 2026 in the “Artificial Intelligence in the Factory” category. As a provider of ERP and MES software, PSI prevailed over renowned competitors and accepted the award at this year’s Hannover Messe.

PSI Software SE, together with six other partners in the DISEGO research project, has developed and successfully tested an Energy Internet of Things (eIoT) platform for the distributed and IT-secure control of electrical distribution grids. The project was funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE).

Under the consortium leadership of PSI Software SE, the PROGRESS research project was successfully completed after four years. Together with six consortium partners from industry and academia, methods for curative system control were investigated.

PSI Software SE is postponing the publication of its complete and audited 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements, originally scheduled for March 31, 2026. The reason for the postponement is the final assessment of accounting facts relating to the Investment Agreement of October 2025.
