Employees in the high-voltage switching control center and the three medium-voltage control centers use the PSIcontrol grid control system and are on duty 24/7 to monitor and control the power grids. To support fault reporting and planned switching operations in the medium-voltage network, functions from the PSIcom-mand field force management system for the electricity division have been integrated into the control system.
